No Refunds. Exchanges and store credit only. All sales are final.
 

Shipping: 

We are currently only shipping to the United States.

Most orders will ship out 3-5 business days via USPS. There are no rush orders at this time. Soflytoocute Kidz Designs is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged during shipping. Matters such as these must be taken up with the postal service.  

Orders will not be processed on the weekend, but can shipped on the weekend.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and they are processed in the order they are received.  We will strive to get you your items as quickly as possible. During holidays, please allow additional time to receive your order.  

Returns are accepted under the following conditions.

The item must come back in the same condition that you received it.  

5 days after delivery has not passed (after item is delivered you will have 5 days to return item for store credit)

Must send in proof of purchase with your returned item

Once we receive your returned item you will get an email and we will also notify you by email if your return is approved or denied.  

If your return is approved a store credit will automatically be applied to your account.  

These orders may take longer than usually and depending on the item we will need a certain amount to put order in.
